Rocio was very sweet and communicative Nd worked really hard to accommodate our complicated moving requirements. My 3 yr old went up to her as soon as she met her and gave her a big hug . That was a great sign for our family that Rocio would get the job done. My 3yr old doesnt do that with just anyone. She was very consistent with finding us a place when everyone else wasnt getting back to us as fast as she did. She took so much initiative and definitely helped us when we were needing to to move ASAP. I highly love her professionalism and care for how she handled our needs.
